REFUND POLICY
• No Refunds on cancellations requested on the day of delivery, Canceling order before 24hrs will be entitled to receive 80% of the total order.
• If We is unable to deliver the flowers and gifts ordered within a reasonable period of the stipulated time and the customer decides to cancel, the customer shall be entitled to a 100% of amount refund.
• No refunds on incorrect address or phone number caused delay in delivery,
• Refunds are subject to case by case only.
